About the position
Job Title: Technical Product Manager
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila
Work Setup: Onsite
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary Range: PHP 150,000 200,000 (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.
- Lead and participate in technical meetings, clearly explaining complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Coordinate project timelines, requirements, and expectations with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Identify technical and compliance risks and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, and support audit and review processes.
- Provide training and updates on systems, tools, and best practices as needed.
- Act as the point of escalation for technical issues, helping resolve them in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- At least 8 years of experience in a technical role (e.g., software development, IT project management, or related field).
- Strong background in managing high-value B2B accounts, including direct collaboration with C-level and senior leadership stakeholders.
Other Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience working directly with clients and managing stakeholder communication.
- Able to effectively articulate technical concepts in both internal and external settings.
- Background in dynamic industries such as financial technology or online gaming is highly valued.
- Technical foundation or prior experience in software development is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional communication abilities with a professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
