Our Products
We design, manufacture, and sell scientifically advanced medical devices. Our solutionsMorpholens & Hemolensenable fully digital diagnostics workflows for cancer biopsies and blood-related disorders across all geographies.
Our latest product, Robotome, the worlds first high-throughput Robotic Microtome automates the biggest unsolved need in processing cancer biopsies. This cutting-edge robotic system ensures precision, efficiency, and reliability in sample processing, making it a game-changer for pathologists, medical institutions, and cancer research centers.
Our products represent unique inventions across physics, robotics, computer vision, and software workflows, specifically designed for doctors, labs, and hospitals worldwide. In a nutshell, we are building a robotics-enabled digital diagnostics platform to revolutionize pathology and cancer diagnostics
The Role
We are looking for a Business Operations Generalist to drive strategic initiatives and support our growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working across multiple business functions. You will play a key role in expanding our reach, optimizing operations, and building strong business relationships.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales Pipeline: Build and manage lead generation pipelines for enterprise sales and partnerships.
Business Strategy & Growth Hacking: Develop and execute data-driven strategies to accelerate business growth and market penetration.
Distributor Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors to drive sales and market expansion.
Tender Management: Identify and manage tender opportunities, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
Marketing & Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to craft effective business marketing strategies, campaigns, and outreach initiatives. Select and plan conferences to enhance brand presence and build industry connections.
Regulatory & Compliance: Support regulatory efforts related to CE IVD and US FDA approvals for current and future products. Work closely with internal teams to align business operations with global regulatory standards.
Special Procurement: Manage key procurement processes to support business operations.
Patent & IP Initiatives: Assist in patent-related processes, working closely with legal teams to protect company innovations.
Ideal Candidate
2-5 years of experience in business operations, sales strategy, or growth roles.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Experience in distributor management, lead generation, or tender submissions is a plus.
Ability to work across multiple functions and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
