π Location: Lisbon, Portugal (remote work possible within Portugal)
π Employment Type: Full-time
π Contract Type: Initial 12-month contract, renewable, with potential for permanent placement

β¨ What Youβll Do:
π Support small and medium-sized businesses via chat, email, and phone
π οΈ Provide technical support, bug reporting, and platform guidance
π Improve user experience and satisfaction across self-service products
π¬ Resolve advertiser issues and deliver a consistently positive brand experience
ποΈ Maintain job-related documentation and records
π Identify trends and propose solutions to common user challenges
π― What Weβre Looking For:
π£οΈ Hebrew (C2 level) & English (B2+) fluency
π EU passport, residence permit, or protection status (must be legally able to work in Portugal)
π‘ Experience or interest in the advertising industry is a plus
π§ Tech-savvy and confident with Microsoft Office tools
π£ Strong communication skills and a calm, resourceful personality
π Flexible and open to rotating shifts
π€ Independent worker with a team mindset
