German-Speaking Customer Support Agent (Hybrid Work in Malta)

We are currently looking for German-speaking Customer Support Agents to join our client’s dynamic team in Malta! This is a full-time opportunity with no phone calls, just written communication via email and content moderation, all in a hybrid setup that gives you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home on the island.

About the Role

As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be an essential part of a team that actively works to prevent scams, fraud, and cyber grooming across online platforms. Your main responsibilities include:

• Reviewing user-generated content on various digital marketplaces

• Responding to customer questions, complaints, and reports via email

• Ensuring compliance with platform guidelines and country-specific laws

• Helping foster a safer and more respectful online community

You don’t need previous experience – we value your attention to detail, strong decision-making skills, and your ability to read and write in German fluently, with basic to conversational English skills.

The role involves rotational morning and late shifts (no night shifts), and we offer a hybrid setup with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Malta.
