About the position
Are you a detail-oriented German speaker who enjoys keeping things moving? We're hiring a fully remote logistics and supply chain support specialist to assist German-speaking customers with transport and delivery services — work from anywhere in Greece. Requirements Native or fluent German speaker (C1/C2 level); good English proficiency required Interest in logistics, supply chain, or transport services Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment Holder of an EU passport or valid work permit for Greece Responsibilities Assist German-speaking customers with shipment tracking, delivery queries, and claims Resolve logistics and transport-related issues efficiently Liaise with carriers and internal operations teams on escalated cases Proactively update customers on their shipment status Maintain accurate records of all cases in the system What we offer Salary: €1,300 – €1,400 gross/month Performance bonus depending on project Comprehensive onboarding and product training from day one Career development and growth opportunities in a multicultural international team If you enjoy keeping things moving and helping customers, this is the role for you.
