About the position

Are you a Dutch speaker who thrives in fast-paced digital environments? We're looking for an enthusiastic support specialist to assist Dutch-speaking users of a globally recognised social media platform. Based in Athens, you'll be at the heart of online community support. Requirements Native or near-native Dutch speaker (C1/C2); good English proficiency required Familiarity with major social media platforms and online communities Excellent written communication with strong attention to tone and detail Ability to handle sensitive topics with empathy and professionalism Holder of an EU passport or valid work permit for Greece Responsibilities Assist Dutch-speaking users with account, privacy, content, and platform inquiries Review and respond to escalated support tickets in a timely manner Ensure responses align with platform guidelines and community standards Identify and escalate policy violations or urgent safety concerns Support users through complex cases requiring clear, empathetic communication What we offer Salary: €1,300 – €1,600 gross/month Performance bonus depending on project Relocation package: flights covered, 4 weeks hotel accommodation, assistance with finding an apartment, real estate agent commission paid by us Work with a globally recognised tech brand Ongoing coaching, quality feedback, and career development Ready to make a real difference for millions of users?
