About the position

Are you a Dutch-speaking professional with an interest in the automotive world? Join our team on-site in Athens, Greece and provide first-class support to customers of a major global automotive brand. Requirements Native or fluent Dutch speaker (C1/C2 level); good English proficiency required Interest in the automotive industry or vehicle technology Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment Holder of an EU passport or valid work permit for Greece Responsibilities Support Dutch-speaking customers with vehicle-related inquiries, warranties, and service bookings Assist with roadside assistance requests and ownership queries Guide customers through digital tools and owner portals Coordinate with dealership networks and technical specialists on escalations Maintain high quality and accuracy in all customer interactions What we offer Salary: €1,300 – €1,600 gross/month Performance bonus depending on project Relocation package: flights covered, 4 weeks hotel accommodation, assistance finding an apartment, real estate agent commission paid by us Comprehensive onboarding and product training from day one Career development and growth opportunities in a multicultural international team Passionate about great service and the automotive world?
