German Speaking Warranty & Consumer Protection Support Specialist

About the position

Do you have strong attention to detail and enjoy helping customers protect their purchases? We're looking for a German-speaking warranty support specialist to join our team on-site in Athens, Greece and assist customers with product warranty and protection queries. Requirements Native or fluent German speaker (C1/C2 level); good English proficiency required Strong attention to detail and ability to assess product issues Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment Holder of an EU passport or valid work permit for Greece Responsibilities Handle German-speaking customer inquiries about warranty coverage and claims Assess and process warranty requests accurately and within set timelines Guide customers through the claims process step by step Liaise with repair centres and logistics partners Maintain detailed records of all warranty cases What we offer Salary: €1,300 – €1,400 gross/month Performance bonus depending on project Relocation package: flights covered, 4 weeks hotel accommodation, assistance finding an apartment, real estate agent commission paid by us Comprehensive onboarding and product training from day one Career development and growth opportunities in a multicultural international team Your attention to detail and customer focus make you the perfect fit.
