About the position

Position: Warehouse Manager Salary Up To RM10000 Location: Pontian Johor. Job Descriptions: Managing the warehouse in line with the companys standards. Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. Implementing operational policies and procedures. Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization. Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals. Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, manage warehouse job and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service. Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention. Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment. Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities. Motivating and disciplining staff Job Requirements: Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or relevant fields. Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager. 5+ years of warehouse management experience. Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures. Excellent data collection and analysis skills. Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls. Proficient computer skills. Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Strong people skills. Available to work extended hours.
