About the position

Job Position: Tekla Drafter/ Design Engineer Salary Up To RM8000 Location : Senai Johor Job Descriptions: Perform 2D detailing/ drafting of precast structures using AutoCAD. Perform 3D modelling/ detailing of precast structure using Tekla. Any other job function assigned and new responsibilities may be added as and when necessary from time to time. Create detailed structural steel models in Tekla Structures software Generate fabrication drawings and material lists from the models Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure accuracy and completeness of designs Use industry standards and best practices to ensure quality and efficiency of designs Communicate with fabricators and contractors to ensure successful fabrication and construction of structures Review and analyze project specifications and requirements to ensure compliance Participate in design and construction meetings as needed Continuously update and improve skills and knowledge of Tekla Structures software and industry trends Job Requirements: Degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering and/ or related field with min 1 year experience in Precast Detailing. Knowledge & work experience in using AutoCAD & Tekla Structure software Willing to work extra hours when job required including rest day, public holiday
