About the position

Role: Project Sales Manager Location: Dubai, UAE Our Client is a specialized design & build company delivering premium spa, wellness, and wet area solutions across luxury hotels, private villas, and wellness facilities in the UAE. We are looking for a driven Project Sales Manager (Hunter) with a strong background in project-based sales to lead business development and close high-value deals. Key Responsibilities Identify and secure new project opportunities across hospitality, residential, and wellness sectors Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, designers, and clients Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project award Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits Prepare and follow up on proposals with a focus on conversion Maintain an active sales pipeline with accurate forecasting Drive negotiations and close deals effectively Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handover Track market trends and upcoming project opportunities Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets Requirements 3–5 years of experience in project sales (construction/interiors/wellness preferred) Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently Strong commercial and negotiation skills Experience handling multiple projects and long sales cycles Excellent communication and client management skills UAE driving license (mandatory) Candidate Profile Strong hunter mindset with focus on new business acquisition Persistent, target-driven, and results-oriented Confident in client interactions and presentations Professional, presentable, and self-motivated Apply now!
