About the position
Role: Wholesale Manager Schedule: Taguig | On-site | Monday - Friday Job Description The Wholesale Manager will oversee and optimize wholesale operations across client portfolios. This role is responsible for developing sales strategies, managing wholesale distribution channels, strengthening supplier relationships, and ensuring operational efficiency and profitability. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, commercially driven, and experienced in managing wholesale functions within competitive market environments Key Responsibilities Develop and execute wholesale strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Identify new growth opportunities through market expansion, distribution channel development, and client acquisition. Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform strategic direction. Oversee day-to-day wholesale operations to ensure efficiency and profitability. Manage inventory levels to maintain optimal stock availability while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory. Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery. Identify and onboard new wholesale partners while strengthening relationships with existing accounts. Maintain strong supplier relationships and negotiate favorable pricing and commercial terms. Ensure high standards of service, responsiveness, and reliability across wholesale accounts. Lead and supervise the wholesale team, providing direction, coaching, and performance management. Foster a results-driven culture aligned with sales targets and operational goals. Track, analyze, and interpret sales and operational data to identify performance gaps and improvement areas. Adjust strategies as needed based on data-driven insights. Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to senior management. Ensure all wholesale operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of experience in wholesale management or a similar commercial role. Strong understanding of wholesale distribution, inventory control, and market dynamics. Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve performance targets. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business systems. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.Place of work
