About the position

Role: Investment Associate Schedule: Makati | on-site | Monday to Friday Role Overview: The Investment Associate sources and evaluates investment opportunities, conducts financial and market analysis, manages due diligence, and supports deal execution and portfolio transition. The role also involves preparing investment materials, working with stakeholders, and contributing to investor reporting. Key Responsibilities: Identify and assess new investment opportunities Build relationships with founders, executives, and intermediaries Perform financial modeling, valuation, and industry research Lead due diligence and coordinate with advisors Prepare investment memos and support deal structuring/negotiation Assist in post-investment planning and investor reporting Qualifications: Degree in finance, business, economics, or related field (MBA a plus) 4+ years in private equity, investment banking, consulting, or similar Strong financial modeling, analytical, and project management skills Excellent research, problem-solving, and communication abilities Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office and Capital IQ
