About the position

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who is passionate about building strong online presence and driving business growth through data-driven digital strategies. This role will focus on managing digital channels, optimizing website performance, and improving customer experience across online platforms. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3 – 7 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in e-commerce or online retail. Strong experience in website management, web merchandising, and digital campaign execution. Good understanding of SEO, digital analytics, and online customer behaviour. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and current digital trends. Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools; design skills are a plus. Experience in managing digital marketing budgets and performance reporting. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Responsibilities Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase traffic, engagement, and online sales. Manage and optimise website performance, user experience, and online content. Plan and execute digital campaigns across multiple channels including social media and search engines. Monitor campaign performance and provide insights based on data and analytics. Conduct market research and identify new opportunities to improve digital performance. Work closely with internal teams to support brand and business objectives. Manage digital marketing budgets effectively and ensure strong ROI. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
