About the position

Job Responsibilities Lead end-to-end IT technical delivery, ensuring infrastructure and security services consistently meet performance and availability standards. Promote and implement ITIL best practices across Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes. Oversee infrastructure and security-related projects, providing technical guidance to ensure timely delivery within defined scope. Advocate a user-focused approach to IT services, ensuring technical solutions enhance overall user experience and operational efficiency. Manage, mentor, and develop a team of engineers across Network, System, and Cyber domains, fostering accountability and continuous improvement. Job Requirements Possess Minimum Bachelor Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science or related fields. At 4 years of working experience in IT Service Management and Technical Delivery. Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role is preferred. Working location at the north-east of Singapore. This role requires individual to clear CAT 1 due to the nature of the project.
