Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including bank reconciliations, fixed assets, and inventory. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Support the month-end and year-end closing processes. Participate in cost accounting activities, including inventory valuation and variance analysis. Assist with internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and explanations. Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers in accordance with GAAP. Prepare journal entries and perform general ledger account analysis. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills. Strong understanding of GAAP and cost accounting principles. Experience with inventory valuation and cost of goods sold (COGS) calculations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
