Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent continuous improvement methodology experience. Experience with common manufacturing ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Plex, Oracle). Basic mechanical or electrical troubleshooting skills. Multilingual capabilities, particularly relevant to local workforce demographics.
