Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of production operators, assigning tasks and providing guidance. Ensure daily production targets and schedules are met efficiently and accurately. Monitor product quality, ensuring adherence to manufacturing specifications and standards. Maintain a safe and organized work environment, enforcing all safety protocols and procedures. Train new production staff and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback. Troubleshoot and resolve minor production issues, equipment malfunctions, or process deviations. Report on daily production metrics, team performance, and any operational challenges to management. Recommended Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of manufacturing experience, with at least 1-2 years in a lead or supervisory role. Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate a production team to achieve targets. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations. Proven problem-solving skills to identify and resolve production issues efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team and cross-functional collaboration.
