In this role, you will represent a premier digital advertising platform, helping businesses transform their online presence through innovative marketing solutions. The Mission As a Sales Executive focusing on the Finnish market, you will serve as a strategic consultant for various companies and agencies. Your objective is to design bespoke digital advertising roadmaps that drive growth across the EMEA region. You will play a key role in the Spanish digital ecosystem by fostering innovation and delivering world-class customer success. Core Responsibilities Relationship Management: Cultivate strong ties with Finnish clients and agencies by delivering tailored performance strategies and introducing new digital products. Strategic Consulting: Use a consultative approach to help clients maximize their return on investment (ROI) through data-driven advertising insights. Sales Excellence: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high standard of service quality. Active Outreach: Engage with prospects and existing customers through professional phone calls, video conferencing, and email. Candidate Profile Education: A Bachelor's degree or significant hands-on experience in a related field. Linguistic Skills: Native-level fluency ( C2 ) in Finnish and high proficiency in English. Experience: 1–2 years of experience in sales or the digital advertising sector. Technical Savvy: Familiarity with major online advertising tools (e.g., search ads, display networks, or video platforms). Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, time management, and data analysis abilities. Mindset: A goal-oriented team player who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about the intersection of marketing and technology. Problem-Solving: A proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges backed by critical thinking. What We Offer Compensation: A hybrid role (39 hours/week) based in Barcelona. Base salary of €23,876 gross/year , with performance bonuses up to €3,408 . Relocation Support: Comprehensive package including airfare and private studio accommodation.
