The Mission As a Norwegian-Speaking Ads Sales Executive , you will act as a strategic consultant for Norwegian companies and marketing agencies. In this target-driven role, you'll help scale our client base across the EMEA region while driving innovation within the Spanish digital marketing landscape. Core Responsibilities Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with clients and agencies by providing custom, performance-led strategies and introducing high-value marketing products. Consultative Selling: Use a high-quality advisory approach to help businesses maximize the return on their advertising spend. Target Excellence: Consistently hit sales benchmarks while ensuring every client receives a premium experience. Active Engagement: Proactively connect with partners via phone, video conferencing, and email to fuel their business growth. What We Are Looking For Background: A BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience. Linguistic Skills: Native-level fluency in Norwegian (C2) and a high proficiency in English . Tech Literacy: Experience with Google products like Ads, AdSense, or YouTube is a major advantage. Professional Strengths: Exceptional communication, time management, and data-analysis skills. Mindset: A goal-oriented team player with a genuine passion for AdTech and a desire to learn in a fast-moving environment.
