This role emphasizes research, communication, and coordination to ensure each travel experience is managed accurately and efficiently. In this role, you will communicate with clients to gather travel preferences, schedules, and budget considerations. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help develop personalized travel itineraries. Responsibilities include coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, preparing travel documentation, and maintaining organized records. You will also assist clients with itinerary adjustments, confirmations, and documentation needs before, during, and after travel. This role focuses on dependable service, organization, and strong client support rather than direct sales language.
