About the position

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Destination Travel Advisor to assist clients with organizing and coordinating travel arrangements. This role focuses on research, communication, and planning support to ensure each travel experience is arranged efficiently and accurately. In this position, you will communicate with clients to understand their travel goals, schedules, and budget considerations. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help develop well-structured travel plans. Responsibilities include preparing itineraries, coordinating reservations, confirming travel details, and maintaining organized documentation. You will also assist clients with itinerary updates, confirmations, and travel documentation before and during their trips when needed. This role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and dependable customer service while supporting clients through every stage of the travel planning process.
