Process Engineer

About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Process Engineer to design, evaluate, and improve operational processes to increase efficiency, quality, and overall organizational performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of process analysis, optimization techniques, and continuous improvement methodologies. The Process Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational inefficiencies, develop solutions, and implement process improvements that enhance productivity and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards. Important Eligibility Requirement: This position is open exclusively to residents of the United States . Key Responsibilities Analyze existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities . Design and implement process improvements and optimization strategies . Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, and operational procedures . Conduct data analysis to measure process performance and operational metrics . Collaborate with engineering, operations, and management teams to implement new processes and systems. Support continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or other process optimization frameworks. Evaluate process performance and recommend adjustments to improve productivity and quality. Assist with the design and implementation of automation or technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Ensure processes comply with relevant regulatory, safety, and quality standards . Prepare reports and present improvement recommendations to leadership. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field . 3–6+ years of experience in process engineering, operations improvement, or manufacturing optimization. Strong knowledge of process analysis, workflow design, and operational optimization techniques . Experience with process mapping tools and data analysis . Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to interpret operational data and translate findings into actionable improvements. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification . Experience with process automation tools or manufacturing systems . Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems . Experience implementing data-driven process improvements . Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Python, or statistical software . Compensation Annual Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year Compensation will vary based on experience, certifications, and industry specialization.
