We are looking for a motivated and organized Holiday Travel Consultant to assist clients with researching and coordinating travel arrangements. This role focuses on planning support, communication, and careful coordination to ensure each itinerary is arranged clearly and efficiently. In this role, you will communicate with clients to understand travel preferences, schedules, and budget considerations. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help assemble personalized travel plans. Responsibilities include coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, preparing travel documentation, and maintaining accurate planning records. You will also assist clients with itinerary updates and confirmations when needed. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy organization, research, and delivering reliable client support throughout the travel planning process.
