Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement electrical control systems for manufacturing equipment and processes. Provide expert electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic support to minimize production downtime. Manage electrical capital projects from conception to commissioning, ensuring budget and schedule adherence. Develop and maintain electrical schematics, documentation, and standard operating procedures. Ensure all electrical systems comply with safety standards (e.g., NEC, NFPA 70E) and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for electrical systems. Support the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of plant electrical infrastructure and machinery. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell Automation, Siemens) and HMI development. Demonstrated experience in designing, installing, and troubleshooting industrial electrical control systems. Strong understanding of motor control systems, including VFDs, servo drives, and industrial power distribution. Knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulations (e.g., NFPA 70E, OSHA). Experience with electrical CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical) for schematic design and panel layouts. Bonus Qualifications Experience with PLC programming and industrial automation systems (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell). Proficiency in electrical CAD software such as AutoCAD Electrical or SolidWorks Electrical. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles. Experience with vision systems, robotics, or other advanced manufacturing technologies.
