Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all building systems, utilities, and infrastructure maintenance. Ensure compliance with all safety, health, environmental, and regulatory standards. Develop and manage the facilities budget, controlling operational costs. Plan and execute facility improvement projects, expansions, and equipment installations. Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers for facility services. Implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset life. Optimize space utilization and facility layouts to enhance manufacturing efficiency. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience managing facilities operations and maintenance in a manufacturing environment. Strong technical knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and industrial equipment. Demonstrated experience in project management, budget administration, and vendor contract negotiation. In-depth understanding of EHS regulations, building codes, and safety protocols applicable to manufacturing. Excellent leadership and communication skills with experience managing a maintenance team.
