Key Responsibilities Provide expert technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams on product application and integration within manufacturing processes. Analyze customer requirements and recommend optimal product solutions for specific manufacturing challenges. Develop and deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions for customers and sales personnel. Conduct product testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and resolve application-related issues. Collaborate with R&D and product development teams by providing field feedback and insights for continuous product improvement. Create detailed technical documentation, application notes, and best practice guides for product implementation. Assist with the commissioning and integration of new equipment and software into customer manufacturing lines. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. Proficiency with CAD/CAM software and other relevant engineering tools for manufacturing applications. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and industrial equipment. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical communication skills. Demonstrated ability to provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers. Bonus Qualifications Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, C#) for automation or API integration. Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies such as additive manufacturing, collaborative robotics, or vision systems. Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification/experience. Proficiency with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Prior experience in technical sales support or delivering product training.
