Key Responsibilities Provide technical expertise and support for product integration and optimization within manufacturing processes. Collaborate with customers and sales teams to understand application requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Conduct product testing, validation, and performance analysis in manufacturing environments. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to product application and functionality on the factory floor. Develop and deliver technical training on product usage and best practices to internal and external stakeholders. Create detailed application notes, technical specifications, and user manuals. Support the evaluation and implementation of new technologies and products in manufacturing operations. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing). 3+ years of experience in an Applications Engineer, Field Service, or similar technical role within manufacturing. Proficiency with CAD/CAM software and/or manufacturing simulation tools. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, robotics, or CNC systems. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide customer-focused solutions. Bonus Qualifications Proficiency in a relevant programming language (e.g., Python, C#, PLC ladder logic) for custom solutions or automation. Experience with advanced manufacturing software such as MES, ERP integration, or PLM systems. Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies. Practical experience with industrial automation hardware like robotics, vision systems, or PLCs.
