Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of assembly technicians and operators. Ensure daily production targets and schedules are met efficiently. Monitor product quality, identify defects, and implement corrective actions. Train new employees and provide ongoing development for the assembly team. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment, enforcing safety protocols. Optimize assembly processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Bonus Qualifications Experience with Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen) or Six Sigma methodologies. Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) software. Demonstrated experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) or process improvement initiatives. Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100) and related documentation.
