Key Responsibilities Direct and oversee daily assembly line operations to ensure production targets are met. Manage, train, and develop a team of assembly technicians, fostering a high-performance culture. Ensure all assembled products meet established quality standards and specifications. Monitor production schedules and optimize workflow to achieve efficiency and throughput goals. Implement and enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, equipment malfunctions, and process deviations. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain departments to improve processes and product flow. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing or assembly environment. Strong understanding of assembly processes, tools, and equipment. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a production team. Knowledge of manufacturing quality standards, continuous improvement principles (e.g., Lean, 5S), and safety protocols. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for production challenges. Bonus Qualifications Experience applying Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen) or holding a relevant certification. Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems for production planning and inventory management. Basic proficiency in reading and interpreting CAD drawings or technical schematics. Proven ability to train and mentor team members on complex assembly procedures.
