Key Responsibilities Oversee daily assembly line operations and production schedules. Supervise, train, and mentor a team of assembly technicians. Strong understanding of assembly processes, tools, equipment, and quality control standards. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and work instructions. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean manufacturing). Solid communication skills for effective team coordination, reporting, and inter-departmental collaboration.
