Key Responsibilities Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies. Conduct Value Stream Mapping and process analysis to identify waste and inefficiencies. Implement Lean tools such as 5S, SMED, Kanban, and Poka-Yoke across production lines. Develop, optimize, and standardize manufacturing processes and work instructions. Train and mentor production teams on Lean principles and problem-solving techniques. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Lean implementation and report progress. Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to achieve operational excellence. Recommended Qualifications In-depth knowledge and practical application of Lean methodologies (e.g., VSM, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, Poka-Yoke). Demonstrated experience leading and implementing continuous improvement projects in a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills. Proficiency in process mapping, root cause analysis, and waste reduction techniques. Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate across all levels. Bonus Qualifications Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification. Experience with manufacturing simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim). Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) within a manufacturing context. PMP Certification or advanced project management software skills.
