Key Responsibilities Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies. Identify and eliminate waste (Muda) in manufacturing processes through value stream mapping and process analysis. Implement Lean tools such as 5S, SMED, Standard Work, and Kanban across production areas. Develop and deliver training programs on Lean principles and tools for production teams. Analyze production data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement opportunities and track progress. Facilitate Kaizen events and workshops to drive rapid process improvements. Design and optimize manufacturing layouts for improved material flow and efficiency. Recommended Qualifications Proven expertise in applying Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., VSM, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, Kanban). Demonstrated proficiency in structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., A3, 8D, Root Cause Analysis). Experience leading and facilitating continuous improvement projects and workshops. Strong analytical skills to collect, interpret, and present data for process optimization. Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
