Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation and sustainment of Lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., 5S, SMED, Kanban, VSM). Identify and analyze manufacturing process waste, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies to drive improvements. Develop and execute continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Design and optimize production layouts, material flow, and work cell configurations. Train and coach production teams on Lean methodologies, problem-solving techniques, and standard work. Monitor and report on key Lean performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for further improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to integrate Lean practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Recommended Qualifications Expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, VSM, SMED, Poka-Yoke). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills. Proven experience implementing process improvements and optimizations in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with data analysis software and statistical process control (e.g., Minitab, Excel). Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
