Key Responsibilities Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues. Repair and replace defective parts and components of machinery. Install, modify, and set up new production equipment. Conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal machine performance and safety. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including LOTO procedures. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and equipment. Strong understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. Commitment to adhering to all safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing environment. Relevant vocational training, apprenticeship, or certification in mechanical repair or a related field. Bonus Qualifications Proficiency in PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) troubleshooting. Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software. Certification or experience in industrial welding (MIG, TIG). Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or 5S principles.
