Key Responsibilities Perform routine and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment. Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions. Repair and replace defective parts, components, or systems in machinery. Install and commission new production equipment and machinery. Adhere strictly to safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies. Document all maintenance, repair, and inspection activities accurately. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and ensure operational reliability. Recommended Qualifications Proven ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain complex industrial machinery, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission systems. 3-5 years of experience in an industrial maintenance or manufacturing setting. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Proficiency with various hand and power tools, precision measuring instruments, and basic fabrication techniques. Commitment to safety protocols and experience with preventative maintenance programs, often utilizing CMMS. Technical degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Technology, or a related field.
