By joining our network, you position yourself for opportunities aligned with your career goals. Key Responsibilities Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system failures. Repair and replace defective parts in production machinery and support systems. Install and commission new manufacturing equipment and machinery. Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and ensure operational efficiency. Adhere to all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems. 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Mechanic in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Technical degree or vocational certification in industrial maintenance, mechanics, or a related field. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, and diagrams. Strong adherence to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures. Experience with preventative maintenance programs and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
