Diagnose and repair mechanical breakdowns and malfunctions. Troubleshoot complex equipment issues using schematics and diagnostic tools. Install, calibrate, and test new production machinery. Adhere to all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO). Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage. Identify and implement improvements for machine reliability and efficiency. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in mechanical repair and troubleshooting of industrial manufacturing equipment. Demonstrated experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Strong adherence to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures. Experience with preventative maintenance (PM) programs and diagnostic tools.
