Key Responsibilities Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery. Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to determine root causes. Execute timely repairs and replacements of faulty components, parts, and systems. Install and commission new production machinery and equipment according to specifications. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including Lockout/Tagout, during maintenance activities. Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed, parts used, and equipment status. Collaborate with production teams and engineers to optimize equipment performance and reliability. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience as a mechanic in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for complex production machinery. Proficiency in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and preventive maintenance practices.
