Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability. Lead, mentor, and schedule a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Manage the maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory, procurement, and cost control initiatives. Oversee the rapid diagnosis and repair of equipment breakdowns, minimizing production downtime. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on asset reliability, OEE, and reduction of maintenance costs. Collaborate with production and engineering departments to support new equipment installations and process optimization. Recommended Qualifications 5+ years of progressive experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including budgeting, project oversight, and staff development. Proven track record in developing and implementing preventive/predictive maintenance programs and continuous improvement initiatives. Solid understanding of safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and best practices applicable to manufacturing operations. Bonus Qualifications Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification. Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification. Advanced proficiency with CMMS administration and optimization. Experience implementing predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography). Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or significant experience managing capital projects.
