Key Responsibilities Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement. Design, develop, and implement manufacturing tools, fixtures, and equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performing root cause analysis. Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process flows. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) from design to full-scale production. Implement Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives. Specify, procure, and qualify new manufacturing equipment and technologies. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focusing on process optimization and efficiency. Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for design and analysis of manufacturing processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex manufacturing issues and implement solutions. Experience in designing, developing, and implementing manufacturing tooling, fixtures, and automated systems.
