Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive preventative and predictive maintenance programs. Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors. Oversee all maintenance operations to ensure optimal equipment uptime and reliability. Manage the maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory and external vendor contracts. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reduce maintenance costs. Plan and schedule major repairs, equipment overhauls, and facility improvements. Recommended Qualifications 5+ years of progressive experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated expertise in implementing and managing CMMS, PM, and PdM programs. Strong leadership and team-building skills with a proven ability to mentor and develop maintenance personnel. In-depth knowledge of industrial equipment, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs. Proficiency in managing maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and capital projects.
