Key Responsibilities Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement. Design, develop, and implement tooling, fixtures, and equipment. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime. Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process specifications. Support the introduction of new products into manufacturing, ensuring manufacturability and smooth ramp-up. Apply Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to drive continuous process improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and improve product quality. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focusing on process improvement and optimization. Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and statistical process control (SPC). Demonstrated experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for tooling design, fixture development, and plant layout. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues.
