Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction. Support new product introduction (NPI) by developing and implementing robust manufacturing procedures and equipment. Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions. Specify, procure, qualify, and maintain manufacturing equipment, tooling, and fixtures. Create and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flows, and PFDs. Implement Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Production teams to ensure seamless product flow and resolve technical challenges. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related engineering discipline. 3+ years of experience in manufacturing process development, optimization, and validation. Demonstrated proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies. Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and manufacturing simulation tools. Proven ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions for production issues.
