Key Responsibilities Develop, optimize, and document manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction. Design, test, and implement new tooling, fixtures, and production equipment. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by establishing manufacturing requirements and processes. Conduct root cause analysis of manufacturing defects and implement corrective and preventive actions. Identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Collaborate with design engineering to ensure product manufacturability and resolve design-related production issues.
