Role Overview:
With comprehensive training provided, you’ll handle customer inquiries across phone, chat, email, and social media. Whether managing reservations or resolving concerns, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and hassle-free rental experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer support through multiple communication channels
- Assist with car rental bookings, modifications, and cancellations
- Provide information on pricing, insurance, and rental policies
- Support customers with vehicle pickup, drop-off, and payment-related issues
- Offer guidance on rental terms, locations, and available options
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases effectively
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions
- Stay informed about company policies, promotions, and industry updates
- Participate in continuous training to enhance skills and grow your career
Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (C1 level)
- EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card
- 0-1 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
