Turkish speaker Control Room Operator

Position: Control Room Operator (Turkish)

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: 1,080.43 EUR (net)+ bonuses (including ongoing accommodation)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor and verify all activities in the studio, ensuring they align with organizational standards for smooth operations.
Respond promptly to table calls, quickly resolving issues to minimize gameplay disruptions.
Ensure the companys game standards are consistently maintained during live sessions.
Log and report any operational issues or discrepancies, maintaining accurate records for accountability.
Provide support to CRO Specialists, Shift Managers, and team leaders in operational tasks to enhance efficiency.
Stay informed about all procedures, rules, promotions, and game strategies to ensure compliance.

REQUIREMENTS:

Native or fluent in Turkish (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency (B2).
At least 1 year of experience in the live or online casino industry.
Strong understanding of game procedures and operations.
Proficient in PC operations and Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in a supervisory or management role is beneficial.
Familiarity with casino surveillance and control room operations is a plus.
Knowledge of live casino technology or control room systems.
A degree or advanced education in management, operations, or a related field.
