What You'll Do:
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on hydraulic machinery

Diagnose technical issues and provide timely, effective solutions

Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in person

Handle on-site installations, testing, and machine upgrades
- Collaborate with the in-house technical team for efficient service delivery
- Travel up to 20% per year for service calls and technical support across North America and Canada
Schedule:

Training Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Post-Training Hours: Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM 8:00 PM
What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service or Mechanical Technician

Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and equipment

Willingness and ability to travel internationally (20%)

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
