About the position
Join Our Team as a Solutions Consultant (Multilingual Role)
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Schedule: 09:00–19:00, Monday–Sunday
Training: Fully paid, 3 weeks on-site
Are you fluent in English and one other European language? We’re hiring passionate, language-skilled individuals for our Solutions Consultant role in Sofia. This is an excellent opportunity to support international clients, build valuable experience, and join a vibrant, multicultural team.
️ Language Requirements:
Candidates must speak English (C1) plus one of the following languages: Estonian · Slovenian · Slovak · Irish · Latvian · Lithuanian · German · French · Czech · Dutch · Croatian · Danish · Finnish · Polish · Norwegian · Icelandic · Hebrew
Your Mission
- Provide expert support on products and services with focus on customer satisfaction
- Communicate via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve inquiries using internal knowledge bases and standard processes
- Navigate CRM and ticketing tools effectively
- Hit performance targets (call handling time, resolution rate, customer happiness)
- Share feedback with the team and stay up to date through training
Who You Are
- Fluent in English + one additional language listed above
- Strong communicator with active listening and analytical skills
- Comfortable working with scripts and adapting to new tools
- Resilient and focused under pressure
- Motivated to create meaningful customer experiences
