Maintenance Electrician (Night Shift)

Maintenance Electrician (3rd Shift: 10 PM - 6 AM)

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair electrical systems, CNC machines, and robotic automation with minimal supervision
Troubleshoot solid-state devices and reprogram ladder logic using software diagnostic tools
Ensure safe and efficient operations of all electrical and mechanical equipment
Support production needs by working overtime when necessary
Serve as acting lead in the absence of the maintenance supervisor or group leader
Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement and a safe workplace

Qualifications:

Associate's degree in Electrical or Industrial Technology, OR 5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical maintenance
Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, motors, PLCs, CNCs, and robotics
Proficiency in electrical formulas and diagnostic software tools
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a 24/7 production environment
Reliable attendance and commitment to safety protocols
